rachelle gauthier2xPassionate about learning and teaching, Rachelle Gauthier has been working in Prince Edward Island’s education system for over 20 years. She studied at the doctorate level and is interested in identity development in schools, especially that of Francophones located in predominantly Anglophone communities.

“Since the year 2000, Prince Edward Island’s Acadian and Francophone communities have seen many advancements. The Congrès mondial will help showcase the Acadian culture and pride. This event will help bring many generations together.”

Rachelle believes, this event will help reinforce the population’s sense of belonging to Acadie and to the Francophonie.
